Investment Adviser
The Fund is advised by Ingman-Jones LLP which assists in forming the overall strategy in relation to allocation and the selection of the individual student accommodation funds. Ingman-Jones is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK.
Principals, Philip Ingman and Nick Harvey-Jones took over the FSA arm of their previous company Strutt and Parker Real Estate Financial Services (SPREFS ) . They continue to offer investment advice in property related asset acquisitions.
Ingman-Jones specialises in indirect property investment, fund creation and portfolio management. They advise private investors, family offices, institutions and pension funds on fund structuring,equity raising and investment into property funds across the UK and Europe. The company is headed by Philip Ingman (FRICS, MSI) who was previoulsy Managing Director of SPREFS. Prior to that he was at the Swedish Pension Fund SPP, where he was the Chief Investment Officer, and before that a director at London & Edinburgh Trust plc. Philip is a member of the Investment Property Forum management board, a Faculty Board member for the IPF Investment Education Program and represents the RICS in relation to REITS and Authorised property funds.
Nick Harvey-Jones has many years experience of managing property related assets. His career has spanned two continents in the UK and Australia with Strutt & Parker, Perpetual Investments and Macquarie Bank.

Security of Fund Assets
Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. (the Custodian) has been appointed as Custodian responsible for the custody of the assets of the Fund. Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. was incorporated on 12 August 1970, its address is 2 Boulevard Konrad Adenauer, L-1115, Luxembourg, and its registration number with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies register is B 9164. Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., is a recognised bank under article 2 of the Luxembourg law of 5 April 1993.
Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. is a wholly owned subsidiary of DB AG, an Aktiengesellschaft, established under the laws of Germany, having its registered office at Mainzer Landstaße 178-190, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The Custodian is responsible for safekeeping of the Fund’s cash, including subscription and redemption monies. Following investment, the Custodian is responsible for custody of the underlying assets on behalf of the investing institutions.
